Your rally driving experience takes place in authentic rally locations in either the iconic rear wheel drive MKII Escort or 4WD Subaru Impreza.
This course is limited to just three participants per car to give increased driving time and more personal attention from the instructor.
During this AM or PM course you will drive both our classic Welsh rally stage in a fully prepared rally car (chosen at time of booking the course) and a longer stage to experience a typical full competitive rally stage!
After a sighting lap in your chosen car you will practice rally driving techniques such as handbrake turns and power-sliding in preparation for the longer stage run where you tackle a more demanding rally stage typical of a competition forest rally stage in a competitive rally event. The stage includes hills and hairpins with magnificent scenery (not that you have time to look) for the ultimate rally experience.
You finish the session with a timed special stage where you compete with your fellow rally enthusiasts for the fastest time of the day and a trophy is awarded to the winner.
There is the option to purchase a thrilling high-speed run with your instructor as your driver and you as a passenger where you will get to see just how fast the car really can go on gravel.
The price includes light refreshments throughout the session.
Spectators are charged at £5 per person.

Schedule
Our SILVER rally driving course typically follows the schedule below:
- Arrive at The Rally School for registration and safety briefing
- Commence training exercises with familiarisation of the forest rally stage.
- Taking turns with your fellow participants you'll get the chance to learn handbrake turns, braking and general close car control techniques.
- A Further run of the challenging forest rally stage.
- Time to tackle the long stage special run with hills and hairpins!
- Finally - Attack the clock with a competition between the participants and a trophy for the quickest driver
- Instructor Driven Fast lap with instructor (if you have purchased this option).
