Hello Co-Drivers!

This is your day – The Co-Driver Development Day will be hosted in Dumfries and Galloway on Sunday 15th March.

This will be a full, structured day, with a detailed timetable sent to confirmed attendees. To give you an idea for now (and we promise we’ll be suitably precise for our wonderfully organised co-driver audience!), the day will run from approximately 9:15am to 4:15pm.

Our venue has an onsite café, with lunch included, and we’ll keep you topped up with refreshments throughout the day.

To ensure an efficient flow and the highest quality learning, spaces will be limited and the day will be split into groups, allowing for focused coaching, discussion, and practical application throughout.

What we’ll be focusing on

  • The role of the modern co-driver — before, during, and after an event
  • Reading Pacenotes: structure, rhythm, accuracy, and confidence
  • Writing Pacenotes from 2 pass Recce
  • A blend of practical learning and classroom-based theory
  • Event preparation, organisation, and professionalism
  • Learning from experienced, international, top-level competing co-drivers
  • How to use the blue book to your advantage

This is a fantastic and rare opportunity to learn from some of the very best and most experienced navigators in the sport — ask the questions you’ve always wanted to ask, gain insight into how others truly operate, and understand what separates good from great.

Designed for

  • Aspiring co-drivers who want to excel at National Level and develop the skills to move to International Level Championships
  • New competitors who want to start on the right path to excellence
  • Current national competitors looking to maximise their potential
